The memory foam is supportive and comfortable. It’s really thick, so my head can’t really lean anywhere. The chin strap keeps it on more than as a support for the chin. It fits very closely around the neck. The pressure from it is a little uncomfortable, but it’s necessary to hold the head up while asleep. I like that the back of the pillow is squared so it rests against seats instead of pushing my head forward. It rolls up nicely for the storage bag. The storage bag diameter is about the size of my open hand.

I bought this neck pillow after reading through a ton of reviews so I figured I’d leave one for anyone it may help! I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I used the neck pillow for a 20+ hour plane ride(s) to/from the Philippines/NY. I was able to sleep comfortably. My neck was supported & it wasn’t overbearing or suffocating. I attached the pillow to the head rest of the chair. I left it opened while I was awake and watching TV. When I started to get tired, I used the chin strap which helped to keep my chin from falling forward. I slept for 6 hours straight! I definitely recommend for anyone traveling long distances.

I already loved this brand, but this pillow made me be a loyal customer. It attaches well to the seat head rest keeping your head from moving while sleeping on the plane. I like mine backwards, but it works both ways. It helps align your neck, so you don’t walk up sore. It supports my chin. Definitely a must for a long flight.
