SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Orders will usually be shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- During peak sales periods and promotions, orders will usually be shipped within 72 hours of confirmed payment.
- Shipments to non-U.S. delivery addresses will usually be fulfilled by warehouses located outside the US. These warehouses do not stock our entire assortment of products; therefore, your shipment may be separated into multiple shipments or revert to a US-based shipment.
- International shipments may incur additional customs/tariffs which are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by inclement weather, global logistics and other unforeseen circumstances. If you have an urgent need for product, please contact email@example.com to advise likelihood of receiving product by your required date. We do not recommend purchasing product online if your scheduled need occurs within 5 business days for continental US deliveries or within 2 weeks for international deliveries.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any shipments received as damaged must be reported to Cabeau (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours of receipt.
